On my way back from a business trip in Geneva, Switzerland, my best friend Sarah joined me for a long weekend in Paris. We saw all the sites, but had the most fun walking down all the little streets looking in shop windows. It is truly a beautiful city.
We had the pleasure of visiting our good friends Courtney and Tim a few weekends ago in North Carolina. In addition to both being PhDs in their respective advanced science fields (Courtney is a mice expert, Tim likewise but penguins), they have two beautiful daughters Olivia and Delancey. They were born on the same day. I had fun playing and reading with the girls. They especially liked the game where they got on their toy riding trucks and I caught them with a blanket/net. This apparently could have gone on for hours, but I was saved by the bedtime bell. I can't wait to see them all again soon.
